Assessment & penalty workflow

A structured workspace, from notice to order.

Build case memory from the record, surface issues and contradictions with their sources, and draft assessment, verification and penalty workflows — neutral and verification-led, surfacing both sides rather than advocating.

Neutral and verification-led · every finding shown with its source · AI output remains subject to your review.

How it works

Five steps, one complete case

  1. 01

    Upload the record

Notice, reply, ITR, order or evidence — no sign-up needed to start.

  2. 02

    Build case memory

Key facts are extracted and connected into one structured record.

  3. 03

    Identify the issues

Points for verification and cross-document contradictions surface with provenance.

  4. 04

    Test the position

Whether an addition is supportable is examined against the facts and the law, both sides shown.

  5. 05

    Draft the instrument

142(1), show-cause, assessment and penalty drafts prepared for your review.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does Worknite decide the outcome of a case?

No. It structures the record, surfaces issues with their sources and prepares drafts. Every conclusion and citation must be independently verified — the decision stays with the officer.

Is the analysis one-sided?

No. The assessment workspace is deliberately neutral and verification-led: it surfaces both supporting and contrary points rather than arguing for a position.

How are due dates handled?

Unlike the taxpayer flow, due dates here are owner-controlled — set from the notice you draft or entered manually. Worknite does not auto-extract a deadline and overwrite your own.

Is case data isolated?

Access is scoped to the signed-in account with row-level security and server-side ownership checks. See the Privacy Policy for storage and provider details.
