Questions
Frequently asked
Does Worknite decide the outcome of a case?
No. It structures the record, surfaces issues with their sources and prepares drafts. Every conclusion and citation must be independently verified — the decision stays with the officer.
Is the analysis one-sided?
No. The assessment workspace is deliberately neutral and verification-led: it surfaces both supporting and contrary points rather than arguing for a position.
How are due dates handled?
Unlike the taxpayer flow, due dates here are owner-controlled — set from the notice you draft or entered manually. Worknite does not auto-extract a deadline and overwrite your own.
Is case data isolated?
Access is scoped to the signed-in account with row-level security and server-side ownership checks. See the Privacy Policy for storage and provider details.
