Worknite uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic, GPT by OpenAI) to assist tax work, not replace it. All AI-generated content must be independently reviewed and verified before use.
3. CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS — AI OUTPUTS
3.1 Nature of AI Outputs
Worknite is a tool, not a professional service.
AI-generated outputs (case notes, draft notices, analysis, responses) are:
- Assistive only — meant to accelerate your work, not replace professional judgment
- Not guaranteed accurate — AI can make errors, misinterpret documents, or provide incomplete analysis
- Contextually limited — AI may miss nuances, indirect references, or document relationships visible only to a human
- Not a substitute for legal/tax advice — we are not lawyers or tax consultants
- Not verified by experts — AI outputs are not reviewed by tax professionals before delivery to you
3.2 Your Responsibility for Verification
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all AI-generated content before use
- Verifying facts, figures, and legal citations against original documents
- Consulting qualified tax professionals or lawyers before filing with authorities
- Ensuring compliance with applicable tax law, court requirements, and procedural rules
- Correcting errors in AI outputs before submission
3.3 What AI Cannot Do
Worknite does not:
- Provide legal advice (that requires a licensed lawyer)
- Provide tax advice (that requires a licensed tax professional / CA)
- Guarantee outcomes in assessments, disputes, or court proceedings
- Replace human judgment in complex or novel tax situations
- Ensure 100% accuracy (AI errors are possible)
- Handle highly sensitive or urgent matters without human review
3.4 Reliance on AI Outputs — Risk Assumption
By using Worknite and relying on AI outputs, you assume all risk that:
- The output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- You file inaccurate information with tax authorities as a result
- You face penalties, interest, or legal consequences from relying on defective AI outputs
- The AI misses a critical fact that affects the outcome of your case
Worknite shall not be liable for consequences of your reliance on AI-generated content.
